Delivery to Malaysia
We deliver to all of Malaysia — Peninsular and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) included. Packages travel via tracked international courier. Please note this is a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipment: any import duty or SST that applies is the buyer's responsibility.

At checkout your credit card is pre-authorised — that means a temporary hold, not an actual charge yet.
We Confirm Stock
Within 24 hours we verify the bag is still available at our Japanese source. Your card is only charged after confirmation. If it's gone, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
Dispatched
Your bag is professionally packed and dispatched via international tracked courier.
Delivered in Malaysia
Once the package clears Malaysian customs, it's handed to local courier for doorstep delivery. You'll have a tracking number throughout.

Where We Deliver
