Since products come from Japanese pre-owned shops, stock changes in real time. After ordering, we confirm availability with our Japanese supplier within 3 working days. Payment is only captured once stock is confirmed.

All products come from reputable pre-owned shops in Japan that have undergone professional authentication. Japan's pre-owned market has the world's strictest quality standards — we guarantee every item is genuine.
What payment methods are available?▾
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, securely processed through Stripe.
What does pre-authorisation mean?▾
At checkout, your credit card will be pre-authorised (temporarily held) but not immediately charged. Once we confirm stock, the charge is captured. If the item is unavailable, the pre-authorisation is automatically released with no charge.
