Our Story
LUXTOKY was founded by a Hong Kong team passionate about Japanese fashion culture. Japan has the world's most developed pre-owned luxury market — high quality, abundant selection — yet access from Southeast Asia has historically required connections or in-person visits. We exist to close that gap, sourcing directly from Japan's leading pre-owned retailers and shipping to your door.
Curated Sourcing
Our inventory is sourced primarily from Japan's largest pre-owned goods chains. Every item listed has been professionally authenticated by the Japanese retailer's in-house specialists. We provide detailed condition notes and real product photography so you know exactly what you're buying.
Zero-Inventory, Zero-Risk Model
We operate a pre-order model: you place an order, we confirm availability in Japan within 3 business days, then capture payment only when stock is confirmed. The item is then shipped directly from Japan to your address. No overselling, no inflated prices from stockpiling.
Multi-Market Delivery
We currently serve Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Malaysia, with more markets on the horizon. Checkout is available in your local currency (HKD / TWD / MYR), with localised shipping and returns policies for each market.
