Shipping (Malaysia)
- Shipping Fee
- Free shipping on orders over MYR 500. Orders below MYR 500 incur a MYR 25 shipping fee.
- Delivery Time
- 7–14 business days after stock confirmation (shipped directly from Japan to Malaysia).
- Import Duties & Taxes
- Malaysian import duties and GST/SST are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders valued above MYR 500 may be subject to customs inspection. Please allow extra time if your shipment is held for customs clearance.
- Tracking
- An international tracking number will be emailed after your order is confirmed and dispatched.
- Delivery Coverage
- Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Remote areas may incur additional charges at cost.
Returns & Refunds (Malaysia)
- Return Window
- 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
- Non-Returnable
- Used items; items where the description accurately matched the product (personal preference); items marked "Final Sale".
- Refund Timeline
- Refund issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Return Shipping
- If the item was misrepresented or damaged in transit, we cover return shipping costs. For other reasons, return shipping is at the buyer's cost.

Stock Confirmation Model
- Confirmation Window
- We confirm Japan stock availability within 3 business days of your order.
- Out of Stock
- If the item has sold out in Japan, we issue a full refund immediately — no charges of any kind.
